06/05/2019 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm Visualizing Non-Profit Performance at United Way United Way Worldwide Jeff Elder Jeff Elder currently serves as director of social and economic research at United Way Worldwide. He has more than 15 years of experience on research projects, having worked on several network-wide surveys and related products, including the Global Results Framework, the Community Impact Practices Survey, and the Business Performance Matrix. Most recently, United Way integrated more impact data from its Global Results Framework. For the first time ever, the organization has been able to visualize 2-1-1 data using need requests from 240 call centers across the country, which handle more than 15 million calls annually. United Way Worldwide Marie Eberlein Marie Eberlein is the manager of research at United Way Worldwide. In that role she supports survey development, fielding, analysis, and reporting for a number of projects. She also manages United Way Worldwide's business intelligence (BI) platform. Prior to working for United Way Worldwide, Marie was an AmeriCorps VISTA with United Way of King County in Seattle, focusing on expanding access to federal nutrition programs. Marie has a Bachelor of Science in bio-engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Swedish from the University of Washington. She is currently enrolled in a Master of Science in Statistics program at American University.
