To complement the HIE, RIQI used Information Builders' software solutions to deliver care management dashboards so that providers can be made aware, in real time, of patient emergency room visits, inpatient admissions, and discharges. This has allowed care providers to intervene at critical moments and provide better quality for their high-risk and general patient populations.
